Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not offer return services in the United States. Return services are available in Sweden, Europe, and Canada.
For return or exchange requests, please email us at info@emaramodesty.com with your full name and order number. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
At Emara Modesty, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Customized or altered items cannot be returned.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. In Sweden return charge is 69 SEK & in Canada 10 CAD. In other Europe countries return charge is 15€.
