1. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Canada. Stay tuned as we expand to more locations soon!

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes from 2 - 5 working days from the time your order is confirmed. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

3. How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our Size Chart to find your perfect fit.

4. Do you offer exchanges or returns?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. If you need help with sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Return fees:

Sweden: 59 SEK

Canada: 10 CAD

Other European countries: 15 €

The return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Do your abayas come with scarves?

Yes! Most of our abayas come with a matching scarf included. Check the product description to confirm what's included with each style.

6. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
